I Could Cry. Really.

One of my favorite places is La Jolla, California -- in the suburbs of San Diego (a/k/a Sandy Eggo). I found a house there and fell in love with it... I was ready to buy. Then, I saw the news where a landslide and cave-in collapsed a four-lane highway and demolished two houses. Worse, hundreds of my would-be neighbors have been evacuated and stand to lose everything! Well, the good news is that I didn't put any money down -- so I lose nothing... except a house that had a great view of the Pacific and that... the way things are going... will probably be in the Pacific.

It's very sad for these homeowners. But, with the San Diego real estate market falling, you may be better off not having bought!

The San Diego real estate decline is only half way over! In about two years, it may be a good time to pick up properties.
