According to this transcript from an interview, Fox’s Prison Break series will end with the current season.
Of course, it is not set in stone... and season five could conceivably happen...
Even (pure conjecture on our part) if with an entirely new cast...

There is a glimmer of hope for Season 5. But Scofield will most probably not be in it. I am not sure if stretching it beyond Season 4 will do the series any good.
And btw, I noticed we have quite similiar interest. We both blog about Prison Break & James Bond in our last 2 post lol
