Traditional Cooling Flower Tea

Jave Wu has a recipe for cooling tea that is purported to protect from diseases... like (presumably) swine flu. So, how do you make this concoction?

Mix 20 Grams/0.71 Ounces of Jin Yin Hua (金銀花) aka Lonicera Japonica with 10 Grams/0.35 Ounces of Ju Hua Gan (菊花干) aka Dried Chrysanthemun.

Bring 1.5/2.0 liters of water (roughly 57-62 ounces) to a boil. Lower the heat and brew for 5-10 minutes. Drink twice a day.
