Part of the reason that Martin et Lewis broke up... from what I was told... is that Jerry was muscling in on Dean’s singing and taking all of the funniest lines for himself. Comparing the two in the video below, it is obvious who the better singer was... but yet Jerry is a hoot to watch and to listen to.
